Kindermusik leads the world in music and movement classes for children newborn to seven. Each Kindermusik class is a world of discovery and adventure, in which you'll witness your child's developmental growth in language, literacy, listening, problem solving, social skills, self-esteem, and musicality. Each class provides a safe, nurturing environment full of energy, imagination, music, dancing, and playful delight. Yoga - Our instructor uses a form of yoga that is directed at creating the highest level of energy, vitality and freedom by working on physical strength, flexibility and balance. We encourage you to listen to your body and respect it's wisdom. If you have never taken yoga before or if you are an advanced practitioner, our studio is a non-competitive and encouraging yoga space to explore, nurture, release and LIBERATE your mind, body and soul!

Our Zumba workout mixes body sculpting movements with dance steps derived from cumbia, merengue, salsa, reggaeton, hip hop, mambo, rumba, flamenco, and calypso and Salsaton. The routines feature aerobic interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms. It targets areas such as the glutes, legs, arms, abdominal, and the heart. Our Zumba class is typically not formulaic in that our instructor often adds on their own music choices and choreography to make the class presentation locally unique and fun.
